| Tri Phailme is a 3,000 sq
ft. private home located 500 yards from Waterville Golf Links one of
Irelands best Golf courses. The house has an 180 degree unobstructed view of
the Atlantic Ocean. The 3 year old home enjoys 2 living rooms, one on the
first floor and one on the second floor, both with the ocean view. The downstairs living room has a gas fireplace, perfect for returning from a day on the links. The house has 5 bedrooms en-suite; in addition there is a 6th bathroom in the centre hall. Four of the bedrooms have ocean views. The kitchen is very spacious with an eating area attached. A washer and dryer are located in the back pantry off the kitchen that also includes a large hot press. There is also a game room off the kitchen which has a real fireplace. The Smugglers Inn, a 4 star Inn, is located half way between Tri Phailme and the golf course. The Smugglers offers fine dining at night as well as breakfast and lunch for those who don't care to cook. The lovely town of Waterville lies less than a mile from the house. |
